Cuvée 2016

We started making artisanal wine in 2016. The Domaine consists of less than four hectares of AOC Vinsobres vines sitting high on the south facing slopes.

Our 2016 Cru Vinsobres is a blend of 51% Grenache Noir, 34% Syrah, 7% Cinsault, 6% Mourvèdre and 2% Carignan.

tasting notes

The 2016 Cru Vinsobres is a medium bodied, round, spicy vintage with wild fennel, star anise, black pepper and deep ripe black fruit notes. We made 7,000 bottles, 15% is aged in new French oak barrels.

We also made 3,500 bottles of Côtes-du-Rhône Villages. A blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah with bright red fruit notes and spice, 10% aged in new French oak barrels.
